Surprise! Another Snowflake Monday post - just when you'd given up hope.
Nothing new here - these are flakes I've blogged about before. The left-hand one is by Noel Nevins. If you're already a member of CrochetSnowflakes you can access the pattern, otherwise, sorry, but no one's moderating the group at the moment so you wouldn't be able to join. And the right-hand one is from LA Thread Tree Trims leaflet 2836.
Very pretty. I have yet to try to make those. Maybe in the Fall.
ReplyDeleteI first started making snowflakes in the fall. They became so addictive that I was "flaking" like mad to make loads for everyone in time for Christmas. So the next year I joined Snowflake Mondays and paced myself (still went a little crazy as Xmas approached). Snowflakes make a nice, cool summer project. :-)
ReplyDeleteYour flakes look great, as always! Maybe I'll get back into it once things settle down around here. If I do, you'll be one of the first to know!
ReplyDeleteSus - Can't wait! (Hope things settle down very soon for you)
ReplyDeleteFacebook page called Crochettas is using your patterns and pictures as their own...just a FYI
ReplyDeleteThank you for the heads-up, Betty! I've had a look and saw the Peace Sign Granny. Are there others? Following their link, it seems they're just showing pictures of items made with the pattern, and I do at least get a mention. It would be nice if they'd included a link to my pattern, but unless they're actually reproducing the pattern, I guess there's no problem. Unless of course you spotted something more "sinister"...?
ReplyDelete@Betty PS. I left a "Thanks for the interest, here's the link" comment on their post and they offered to share the link on their page. So, we're all good. 😊
